Great service

Very efficient and quick service from Actron, firstly for a service call-out, then because the aircon was too old to repair, they replaced it within a few days. Happy with my new Actron split system.

stay away from actron.they are just a rip off and useless units.

Edited review:After discussing a previosly posted (now removed) issue I am happy to say the service from Actrons team, in particular Alex, has been fantastic.Alex arranged for one of their technicians to come out and have a look at the unit. The technician has confirmed that no damaged has been discovered and that a faulty water was the root cause if the issue.Fantastic customer service from an Australian Manufacturer. Super happy that the unit is now functional and great to be able to speak to a Australian company who stands by the quality of their product.Will now happily recommend Actron Airconditioning products to friends and family based on this service.

Absolutely rubbish air con. I paid $15000 for whole home ducted RC about 15 years ago. Many many replacement soft starters and main logic board's later and the piece of rubbish was out of warranty after five years. Since then I've poured over $6500 in past ten years to keep it running. Wall controllers flash like a disco constantly. I was told the compressor is bullet proof but it's no use if every other thing on the unit fails. Just turned it on now, after full service last summer and it's 37 degrees outside. BLOWS HOT AIR.Ranks as the WORST investment of my entire life. I DO NOT recommend. Try Daikan or Mitsubishi. Not happy!. RESPONSE Sorry but fifteen years would have been fine except it hasn't worked properly ever. Ie it's a Lemon. And No your records are incorrect 3 soft starters and one logic board during warranty.

Faulty from the start. Installer had to get part from head office took five days. Don't buy this inferior product. Do your self a favour and buy a known brand with better back up service. I regret listening to my installer wish I had bought a Fujitsu or Daiken.

My Aircon was faulty and my supplier shut their doors.I called Actron and what a smooth service.they have sent technicians (travis and team)very next day and replaced parts under warranty.what a great bunch of professionals
