Had a system installed with this company prior to their name change. Called to say I had issues with raw sewage flowing out could someone please come take a look. They were very reluctant, had my original file and details on hand (so same company) but advised I could try another company before them as they don’t deal with ‘this issue’ anymore and no initial issues were recorded, even though we had major issues with break through sewage immediately after installation and even had a third unit installed by them, the guy initially dealing with the issues obviously failed to record them. She told me he had passed away since then and hung up on me. AVOID.

The team at Filtrex installed an ATS at our property in Pinjarra. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with them. Jo in the office has amazing customer service, always responsive to emails and requests. The onsite installer was professional and very skilled. They dealt with the Shire and got all the appropriate approvals. The price was very competitive when compared with other suppliers with similar products. Highly recommended. We can't thank you enough :)
