Miele Experience Centre Perth

Ordered a dishwasher, paid a deposit. Was told it was going to take 2 months to arrive. Checked with Miele after 2 months had passed - as I received no phone call or notification from them. Only to be told have to wait a further 4 months for the product to arrive. Unacceptable. Do not recommend.

I order a dishwasher nearly 2 weeks ago from good guys. It arrived, full of dust on top and inside. Not only that I cannot use the product yet due to door misalignment, I cannot close the door properly. And it doesnot fit properly. I have been chasing to speak to a team member or get some one to look at it but no luck yet.I had ordered this to make my life easier as I have a baby with serious health conditions. It has been a nightmare after I received this product.Do not recommend any one to buy this product or trust this company.

7 year old washer..now 5-star garbage. Yippee! After two weeks of run-around, we still have no washer but the great news is that they can have a look at repairing in two months. Super. If you, like us, have more money than sense then this is the washer for you. It’s dealing with companies like Miele that make me wish that I smoked. Serenity now.

I attended a Steam Combination Oven demonstration today and it was fantastic. I didn't know anything about the steam part of it and i was very impressed. I am looking forward to using my oven. Jo, the presenter, knew so much and was so confident and knowledgeable. Thank you for the demonstration and the food we tasted showed how fantastic the product it. Thank you.

I was helped by Cameron (5 stars for him!) April 2023 to look at fridges at the Claremont located store. He was knowledgeable and patient which was relaxing and I came away sure that I’d buy my 3rd in 30 years fridge. Fast forward a few weeks later and I used the Miele chat to ask some further questions, and oh my goodness, not helpful, the person (continued mumbling out loud as she completed steps on the computer) could not answer definitively about their own products and asked me to ring for further help. So I rang and the result was not much better. The lady was having so much trouble finding the model number I actually politely asked if she was ‘in training’. When she said “no” I decided to end the call after thanking her for her time and email my questions instead. The customer support when you are not in front of a staff member in a bricks and mortar is truly appalling and very time consuming. Miele please improve your customer support and ensure front facing staff know their way around your software offering. What has happened to this brand? Two out of three people couldn’t help me. Quite sad.

Had the Miele technician out and he was helpful. Needed to replace the oven and was told would get the callout fee back after claiming it online. Thought by buying it direct the oven would be delivered, installed and the old one taken away. Thats the impression I was given. So now I am out of pocketand time wasted on having to book installation and removal. As well as having the oven now sitting in the passageway awaiting installation. Not many domestic orders would have the capacity to do this themselves. Should have gone to Harvey Norman and got the full service. Denise Annand

Visited on Saturday with my mum to buy a washing machine after the previous Miele after 25 years and only one service needed in all that time.We thought about going to the good guys but wanted the Miele experience.The sales person Kristie was brilliant!Once she knew my Mum was the customer. She sat down with my mum (once Mum got her tea) and explained the ins and out of the machine and the programs.Fantastic service. She asked what we were after and explained all the additional costs for delivery, installation and recycling the old machine (interestingly Miele machines use a cast iron counterweight and not cement so they are more easily recycled).Recycling definitely is worth it.The centre was clean and a great experience.

I purchased a Miele washing machine and heat pump dryer for my daughters new home. I don’t think I’ve every experienced more incompetence at any company as I did from the staff at Claremont Miele centre.For a supposed high end product I find that quite alarming, Just makes me wonder how big the struggle will be if there is a warranty issue!I’m more than happy to discuss my issues with upper management of Miele Australia. We have been Miele customers for some years now and find their customer service second to none. Having recently had a kitchen refit and two new ovens we attended the cookery demo today for some tips on how to use them. Karen did a great job with the baked treats and we learn a few new tips along the way. Well worth going! Thank you from both of us.

I attended a free demonstration of the Miele Combo Steam Oven and was blown away! Jo and Karen were both so knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions we had. It turns out my oven (which was in the home we purchased) does so many things I hadn't imagined and a whole new world of cooking has opened up for us. And we got a yummy lunch to boot! Thank you!!
