I was not open at all when it states the trading house are 8am-12pm on Saturday and then i was told someone could come to the parts center for a call out fee of $300 .

Great place to get all you cummins needs sorted close to highway and airport are a major benefit

Still blaming Covid for incompetence though the problem has nothing to do with anything outside of a company with no motivation to provide service beyond selling a product. Ordered a pump for an urgent breakdown. None in WA, no surprise even though there are 000's of the motor type in the state. Pay top dollar for a pump and guaranteed overnight freight from Melbourne to then not receive tracking or receipts for payment. Money went but no acknowledgment from them. The order clearly sat in someone's inbox and overnight turned into 4 days estimate from order at best case. Literally cannot be relied on for commercial operations. If I could I would rip the motor out and dump it on their door step. Of course they wouldn't cancel the order either after we sourced a pump from a small business instead. Will not buy anything if it is fitted with a Cummins or ever consider them for repower in the future. Useless.
