Staff-Net has been providing Allied Pumps with recruitment services for 10 + years, supplying temporary, temp to perm and permanent placements in several departments including workshop (Fabrication, Electrical & Mechanical), warehouse, finance, procurement and administration. It has been a pleasure working with Allied Pumps especially as I know all placements Staff-Net facilitates (temp or perm) candidates are looked after very well in a highly professional organisation.Many of Staff-Nets placements have initially been temporary placements for project work, where regularly, candidates are kept on after the project completion and then have gone onto permanent employment, with some employees still at Allied Pumps after 10 + years.Allied Pumps has a very high retention rate for employees for a medium sized organisation which is no surprise as Allied Pumps, human resource policies such as upskilling and facilitating advancement in employees careers through to offering monthly bonus payments (similar to profit share) to all permanent staff (not just management) which is an indication of a company that is proactive and takes care of their employees.Overall a great place to work with excellent facilities, very good safety and opportunities for advancement for all their staff.
